Andrea Sommer

Co-Founder & CEO

Andrea is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with global expertise in emerging tech, innovation, investment strategy, and growth. She is Co-Founder & CEO at Hive Founders, a network and accelerator for women-led companies and Co-Founder at Womankind Ventures, an inclusive angel investment group for female founders. With notable roles at Avanade, Microsoft, Accenture, she's a recognized speaker and gender equality advocate. Holding degrees from Reed College and London Business School, Andrea champions tech and entrepreneurship.

Caroline Hughes

Co-Founder

Caroline is a dynamic force who does everything in her power to help female founders succeed. At Hive, she's responsible for product and growth, making sure Hive supports as many entrepreneurs as possible across the world. She's a star mentor on our accelerator program (and other tech accelerators globally) with an ability to whip your pitch into shape. You can see her in action her at our twice-monthly Pitch Clinic.

Felicia Meyerowitz-Singh

Felicia Meyerowitz Singh a future-facing digital Fintech, Insurance and Wealthtech leader. Felicia is co-founder of Engage Smarter, a AI Chatbot for financial services and Hive Founders, a platform for female founders, driving fundraising and growth, and is NED at Platform One and CIGL. Felicia is focused on Growth, innovation and governance together with unit economics and driving margin through a 25 year+ financial services corporate & startup career. Felicia is a strong believer in business contributing more broadly to communities through impact and supporting less represented founders.
